WORKSHOPS FOR KIDS
Empowering your (inner and outer) voice
Children will create their own songs with positive messages that reinforce empowering beliefs, nurturing self-love and inner peace.
MESSAGES FOR PEACE
Creating inspiring messages to the world
We will create a collective art installation with Origami and mixed media with inspiring messages to change the world.
POWER ANIMALS MASKS
Embodying the power and the wisdom of your favorite animals
Children will learn about the power and the wisdom of different animals, and how they can embody animal’s powers through creative expression.
Nurturing positive thoughts through creativity and play
Children will learn about their brains, thoughts and emotions and create their own positive tokens to nurture a positive and growth mindset.
WORKSHOPS FOR FAMILIES (children and adults together)
LITTLE ME SUPER ME
Learn to nurture loving thoughts and deal with strong emotions.
Children and parents will learn about basic concepts of neuroscience, the growth and fixed mindset and neuroplasticity, creating puppets that represent the voice in their minds and learning tools to choose empowering thoughts.
DESIGN FOR CHANGE: SUPER HEROES
Inspire children to change the world and develop sustainable habits.
Kids and parents will reflect about the world’s challenges and create inspiring solutions using human-centered design methods and tools such as brainstorming and prototyping.
Explore some mindfulness tools to take home
Families will explore and learn a range of creative mindfulness tools that can be integrated into everyday lives.
Families will create their own peace owls for their homes, helping children develop the observer perspective from a neutral and non-judgemental point of view.
WORKSHOPS FOR EDUCATORS (PARENTS AND TEACHERS)
The Inner World of Children
How to teach children to master their thoughts and emotions. In this workshop educators will learn fun ways to explain to children about their inner worlds, and a creative activity they can do to help kids observe, understand and shift their thoughts.
Little Rainbow Warriors
How to teach children about purpose, world peace and conscious living. In this workshop, we will share insights about how to nurture your children’s sense of purpose. We will teach educators the Original Kids method to help children to think about the world’s pressing issues, and how they can contribute by using their creativity, passions and unique gifts.
Learn playful tools and activities backed by neuroscience and psychology to help your children develop self-awareness. In this workshop we will share meditation techniques that are playful and engaging, helping children to become aware of themselves, of others, and the world around them.

HEAL THE WORLD CANVAS
Children and adults will paint and write about their ideas to change the world.
FULL SELF EXPRESSION
Children and adults will have the opportunity to dance, paint and sing at the same time, learning to release and express their emotions.
Children and adults will create characters with play-doh and clay, representing their thoughts and emotions.
Children and adults will learn about the feeling of gratitude and create letters for each other and the earth.
Using visual distortion glasses we will teach children about neuroplasticity, growth mindset and the power of perspective.
Children will participate in a game that embodies emotions and allows children to develop understanding of others emotions and feelings.
Children and adults will be given loving-kinding and self-nurturing missions to accomplish during the day.
Throughout the day, take breaks to breath, check in our your body and nurture loving-kindness through short meditation practices.
