Discover the profound teachings of the Mamos, the spiritual leaders of the Wiwa, Kogi, Arhuaco, and Kankuamo—known collectively as the Teyuna people of Sierra Nevada, Colombia. This transformative course introduces their ancient wisdom, emphasizing how every thought and experience shapes our reality and impacts the balance of our lives and the planet.

Through the lens of Teyuna philosophy, you’ll learn how negativity—whether from anger, conflicts, or harmful conversations—builds up within us and can disrupt relationships, personal well-being, and even the environment. The Mamos teach that cleansing our thoughts, energy, and life experiences is essential to restoring harmony within ourselves and the natural world.

This course offers a powerful journey into the Teyuna practice of energy cleansing and thought purification. You’ll explore:

  • How thoughts influence your reality and connection to the planet.

  • The impact of negativity on your relationships, energy, and inner balance.

  • Guided techniques to clear your mind, energy, and timeline, releasing negative imprints that hold you back.

By embracing these teachings, you’ll gain the tools to cleanse, realign, and cultivate harmony in your life while contributing positively to the balance of nature. This is more than a practice—it’s a way to transform your inner and outer world.

Begin your journey towards clarity, balance, and connection today.

A doctor of traditional medicine, he performs pagamentos (sacred offerings) with zhatkwa and awarrinchi, as well as with sacred thoughts and consecrated objects, to restore harmony and prevent spiritual and physical illness. He conducts baptisms for homes, ceremonial houses, and individuals, anchoring both spaces and lives in alignment with the Law of Origin. He also offers guidance on the responsible and life-affirming use of sexual energy for the wellbeing of social and communal life, and provides general spiritual consultations. Mamo Rafael continues to live in the traditional ways of his ancestors, high in the Sierra Nevada mountains, without electricity and in deep relationship with the land. Until last year, he had never traveled outside of his community. His only journey beyond the Sierra was to Mazatlán, marking a rare and meaningful step in sharing the wisdom of his people. All of his work is dedicated to preventing illness in nature and humanity, protecting the masculine principle in trees, animals, and human beings, and safeguarding against harmful winds and unseen forces that disturb balance.
